Welcome to Massage Restoration! I’m Amanda Grindel, PTA, LMT
My mission is to be a positive influence in your wellness journey & reconnect your mind and body through restorative massage and purposeful bodywork for lasting wellness.

With over 2 decades of experience in the field of bodywork and rehabilitation, I am passionate about helping clients move and feel their best. I have been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2005 and a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2001, blending clinical knowledge and holistic wellness to provide a well-rounded approach to healing and performance.
As a lifelong learner, I continually expand my skills to offer the most effective treatments. One of my specialties include fascial work, drawing from Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains. Through this advanced training from Tom Myers, I've developed a deep understanding of how fascia influences biomechanics. I use fascial techniques to support & restore balance in the body. I also specialize in therapetuic deep tissue work and use my Deep Feet Training (Ashiatsu) to apply broad pressure in a comfortable in way. Additionally I've trained in Myofascial Decompression Levels 1&2 with Dr Chris DaPrato, incorporating cupping therapy to enhance mobility and reduce pain. This is a great modality to use in athletic recovery and injury prevention.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or just looking to optimize your body's movement, I am committed to providing customized care to help achieve your goals. I am passionate about working with all ages, utilizing massage and bodywork as a tool for recovery, performance enhancement, injury prevention or just a good session for relaxation to find that zen zone.

Outside of the treatment room, I am a busy mom & married to my biggest supporter. I love weight training, yoga, hiking with my dog Frankie, volleyball, outdoor adventures and travel.

Massage can generate healthy minds and provide the opportunity for your body to flourish. I am excited to be a part of your wellness team and look forward to working with you. See you soon!
